  • All sales meetings regardless of the magnitude shall have a theme.
  • The theme shall be carried throughout the year in order to emphasize the goals an objectives
  • The best meetings are planned twelve to nine months in advance.
  • Careful consideration should be given to topics covered based on corporate goals and objectives.
  • The sales organization should play an integral part in order to gain buy-in from the field.
  • The presentations should be organized, reviewed and consolidated well in advance.
  • Guest presenters should be used at every opportunity as the team is more inclined to focus on the message.
